Jim and Deb Fallowses’ Our Towns adventures inspired the Delaware Community Foundation, the University of Delaware’s Partnership for Arts and Culture, Department of Human Development and Family Sciences (HDFS) and Horn Entrepreneurship in collaboration with Dual School and FourYouth Productions to run a statewide photo contest, challenging high school students to share the pride, spirit, and story of Delaware. The goal of the competition was to teach the students how to use photography as a catalyst for social change.
