In Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jim and Deb explore the second lives of buildings after they’ve outlived their original economic or civic role. Purposefully refitting old structures for new roles has become a nationwide trend, in big tech centers as well as in smaller cities.
Fort Wayne is attempting to make its own luck with the remains of what had been its grandest industrial site.
